On mission to bridge the gap between industry and academics

With
Population of 1.25 billion in our country the unemployment rate is
increasing day by day. The problem of unemployment is rising but
still many industries are facing the problem of skilled candidate for
their company. There is a boom of software companies, outsourcing
companies in India, but still facing the problem of unemployment.

Education
experts said that the Indian higher education system is not giving
skill building and practical training equal importance as academics
to give them an edge. And the report said that one of the major
reasons why engineers, even from reputed institutes, are not easily
employed because they lack hands-on skill. In short, there is a wide
gap between academics and industry needs.

In
2013, Er.
Mohit Kumar Singh

discussion about the opportunities where they can work for mutual
benefits and to discuss about the current need of industry in terms
of competent manpower and how academia can help them to bring desired
skill set”. 20+ Institutes, 1000+ Academicians and 10,000+
Students are associated with his initiative.

He
has taken the responsibility on his shoulders to train the student
community through Guest Lectures, Seminars, Workshops, Short Term
