“My mother Mrs Vidhya Rajput is a highly dedicated social worker. Her eyes gleam with the inscription towards women empowerment and helping the weaker section of society,” says Dipti Bhadoria. She further adds “I always thought of my mother as my hero. I wanted to become like her. I had to follow the path of humanity, and it was simple and complex at the same time.”
The impression of her mother’s work laced with her own wish to work for the betterment of people shaped her life. Dipti Bhadoria is an educationist and social activist. She is a notable name in the field with several titles devoted to her name.


The roots of Dipti’s vision go back to just one word – humanity. “My vision and mission are to serve humanity. The immense respect I have for my mother and her work imprinted the fascination of positivity which helping others bring to us.”

Social work is not her career choice but the purpose of her life. Dipti is a National Advisor at Sports Academy association of India (SPAA), member of UN global compact AUGP in UNICEF (International UNION Educationist forum). Other than that, she is –

  • District president private schools and children welfare Association (Katni MP)

Dipti is doing and making a lot of impact at such a young age. She is a confident enthusiast who lives by the mantra of being focused and far-sighted. Dipti believes that the learning phase never pass.

“I am associated with many foundations which mainly work to help people with their basic necessities. We provide clothes, essential stuff of daily needs, “kismat ki roti” every Sunday (food), books etc. I am also a member of “Hum Hai Na foundation” which give blood to the Thalassemia patient and tutor slum area children.”


Dipti wishes to spread the light of kindness and hand of help in the entire world. She wishes to help people in becoming a better version of themselves, by shaping their today.

“Be the change you wish to see in the world” is her favourite quote. She says “we all must identify and seek the purpose of life. Being successful is a vital aspect of life, but being a human matters most.”

A devotee in the true sense and an embodiment of kindness, Dipti is a woman of soft heart and strong actions. Salute to the womaniyah!
