Entrepreneur turned a 4-seat salon to 5 outlets

Entrepreneur

In a tier-3 city like Gwalior, it is a challenge to run a unisex salon. And I wanted to stretch the limits of my father’s business. So I put all my efforts and dedication in exposing Central India, the salon to new opportunities.” Says Sachin Raut, a young entrepreneur of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.

Years back

Sachin’s father Mr. Arun Raut started a small salon in his early thirties. “It was a four-seat salon back then. Small inputs and small outputs were the salon’s mechanism.” But the vision was big than the reality, which was to unfold some new seats in the salon Central India.

Sachin is a graduate in Bachelor of Business Administration and applying his professional knowledge he mapped strategies to expand the business.

That’s how things changed!

When a new and well-marketised business complex ‘City Centre‘ launched in Gwalior, Sachin though it was his shot, and he did take it! Central India‘s set up was again a small one, with a few seats but now it was in a prominent place.

Scissoring out fear of failure, gelling his father’s business to new heights, walking on the curly and straight paths, Sachin polished and creamed a vision, his father’s vision.
