The spread of the corona virus among the nation and the whole world is not a piece of new news. But the innovative and creative ideas which the people are using to stop its spread are worth following and listening.
India has always been a home to creative and innovative minds. In short, we can also say India is a home of jugaadu people. One such example is an Indian shopkeeper who is currently trending on social media for his innovative and jugadu idea.
This shopkeeper is a native of Kerala and is using a pipe to transfer his goods to his customers in order to avoid hand to hand contact. This idea is not only unique but also helpful to stop the Covid-19 virus from spreading its claws.
In the photo, you could see that the shopkeeper is not making any physical contact with customers. To maintain social distancing, the Kerala shopkeeper is selling supplies to his customers through the pipeline. This is how he has started a pipeline delivery in Kerala. In the photo, the shopkeeper can be seen inserting the supplies in the pipe which are received by the customer from the other end of the pipe.
In the near future there may be many other shopkeepers who may use his example in their lives. But currently, this shopkeeper has gained both fame and respect from society. The social media is both appreciating and applauding him for this innovative idea, including politicians like Shashi Tharoor who also forwarded his picture and tweeted on his twitter account as follows:-
