Nancy is a REX Karamveer fellow with an internationally certified Image Consultant. She has helped numerous impactful executives and personnel in polishing themselves and expands their success in professional as well as personal life.
Upon asking on the foundation idea of this venture, Nancy said “A painful memory from my earlier working years with banks is of much commuted hard working people not able to get the desired results and promotion on the job. Reason being, they lacked the impression needed to create on the job. That propelled my belief on the inside out perspective of Executive Presence and lasting impression which is important in the overall development of the professional self.
No matter who we are, where we come from and where we stay, we all have our own journey and at ThePerfectyou we help people to become their best authentic version. We do not have control over everything that happens in our life, however, we do have control over how we handle it and that’s what differentiates us from others.

For someone with an impressive skill set and clear thinking of working methods, Nancy’s motivation source is her mother. Mentioning her mother, Nancy said, “She has always told us to believe in the beauty of our dreams and believe in ourselves.” Music, her daughter and husband along with friends never fails to inspire her too.

Nancy wants to make this venture a learning organisation. When asked upon her future plans she said “while the basic principles do not change I need to ensure the content and delivery mechanism is in tune with the times. So I look to associate and work with people who can broaden the organisation’s perspective.”
Nancy concluded the conversation by sharing – “One of my very dear friends once told me that life is all about striking the right balance. If you are just working day in day out (a workaholic) and don’t spend time with your family, or if you are spending most of your time with your family and not on self-development then maybe you are not making the most of your life.
Excess of anything is harmful. One key lesson that I have learned in life is that your inner circle of friends plays an important role in shaping who you become. Hence surround yourself with people who lift your spirits and don’t play mind games. People who are always honest with you when it comes to giving you critical feedback and appreciate you for who you are “
