So begin with our first unknown persona of India whose talent of scattering NEWS all over constitute was one of the best contributions to our world. When our Indian society don’t let women to work, she with the power of own created a good name in the field of news reading.

The good name of this personality is Mrs Manju Mehta. She was born in the small district called Bhiwani, Haryana. As Haryana is a place where society was clutch with rudiments thoughts, she was the one who was different. Her qualifications are M.A.(Sociology & Hindi), B.Ed, LLB.

Considering her father (Late) Mr Om Prakash Jhanda as her role model and admiring him in every sphere of his life, Mrs Mehta has learnt many attributes from him and also got full motivation from him to be the best in any field she stepped in. It was he who introduced her to her own talent in anchoring and speech by forcing to apply in All India Radio. Out of 600 candidates She was selected for the post of Anchor in Vividh Bharati and got the opportunity to work in various shows like” Aap ki Farmaish” and “Aapki Pasand” . With her mother Mrs Shakuntala Jhanda and support from her siblings she has taken the best training of life of managing the house, family and profession perfectly.

After completing her studies, she got selected in amidst of 3400 peoples in the Door Darshan and since has been working as a National Level News Reader for 25 years in the DD news channel. That time this was the only National channel which is well known in all our India. She was one of the luckiest few from the first batch of DD Madhyapradesh. This was the first job experience she gained.

After creating her bright career she was ready to share her life with a partner. She was married in Bhopal with Mr Ashok Mehta son of (Late) Shri Sukhdev Mehta and (Late) Smt Rukmani Mehta. Mr Ashok is Senior Manager (Finance) at Chirayu Hospital. As time passed, she was blessed to become a mother of two children, a son and a daughter. She is very proud of her son Major Gulshan Mehta and daughter in law Maj Jaya Mehta are in the Indian Army serving the Nation. Mrs. Manju Mehta’s daughter name is Swati Mehta Sachdeva whose husband is an Indian Navy officer Lt Cdr Ankush Sachdeva. With all this she spends best of her time as Palakshi Mehta’s Dadi n Reyansh Sachdeva’s Nani who both are her delights.

In her teaching profession she has seen her school principal Sister Francis Joseph as her guide, who was a good motivator and a good leader. She worked under her guidance in St Joseph’s Convent Sr Sec School Bhopal for 24 years. Thereafter her talent was recognized by Father Dr. John P.J . He made her realize the inner talent and capability to out grow in her field after which she joined BSSS as Public Relation Officer and also incharge for Rhythm, the online radio of college to convey the important messages and thoughts for the students and parents. As she is good reader obviously she is a good Anchor too. Yes, dreams do come true and this statement is well proven by Mrs.Manju Mehta as she revealed this quality in front of Former President of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam which was quiet a great achievement for her. Her father always guided her in all ups and downs and she gives all the credit of her success to her father. Her husband is always very co-operatIve. Her Son and daughter have been motivator throughout. She believes that if a person has good intentions and keen determination then nothing is impossible.
